The quiet art of a comfortable ride
Small, repeatable habits can make the passenger experience clearer without turning every pickup into a script.
Begin with the pickup
Use the app’s pickup location and in-app messaging. Follow the platform’s current rider-verification process before starting a trip. Keep messages brief and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
Offer a simple choice
A short invitation such as “Let me know if you’d prefer a different temperature or quieter music” leaves room for the passenger to decide. Avoid pressing for a conversation.
End without pressure
A polite goodbye is enough. Tips and ratings are the passenger’s choice. These materials do not ask passengers to arrange private rides or pay outside their ride app.
